Effective September 24, 2026
DigiTalis does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The app has no network access, no accounts or sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, and no crash-reporting SDKs. It works entirely offline.
DigiTalis stores a small amount of information locally on your device, using Apple's standard UserDefaults storage, so the app remembers your preferences between sessions:
This information never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us, to any server, or to any third party. DigiTalis contains no networking code of any kind.
DigiTalis does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking software development kits (SDKs). No data is shared with, or sold to, any third party, because no data leaves your device in the first place.
Because all data stays on your device, you are always in control of it. You can clear it at any time by using the "Reset High Scores" option on the app's start screen, or by deleting the DigiTalis app from your device, which removes all locally stored data along with it.
DigiTalis is suitable for users of all ages, including children, because it does not collect any personal data from anyone, regardless of age.
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of DigiTalis adds a feature that collects data — we will update this page and the "Effective" date above before that version is released.
